VelaFi Joins Circle Payments Network to Strengthen Global Stablecoin Payment Infrastructure

VelaFi, a stablecoin-powered financial infrastructure platform under Galactic Holdings, has integrated with Circle Payments Network (CPN).

Operating across major financial corridors, VelaFi addresses critical enterprise pain points — including settlement delays, liquidity inefficiencies, and fragmented financial workflows — by providing on/off ramps, pay-ins and pay-outs, cross-border payments, multi-currency accounts, FX conversion, liquidity and treasury operations, and secure custody. These capabilities are accessible directly through the VelaFi platform or via enterprise-grade API integrations. Today, VelaFi supports hundreds of businesses and financial institutions seeking secure, transparent, and efficient ways to move capital across Asia, the United States, and Latin America.

Through its integration with CPN, VelaFi strengthens its ability to offer programmable infrastructure for near-instant, cross-border settlement using regulated stablecoins such as USDC and EURC (USDC and EURC are issued by regulated affiliates of Circle. A list of Circle’s regulatory authorizations can be found here.), while maintaining full connectivity to domestic payment systems.

“Joining Circle Payments Network is an important step toward building a reliable and regulation-aligned financial infrastructure,” said Maggie Wu, CEO and Co-Founder of VelaFi. “By integrating with CPN, we are strengthening our global payment capabilities with near-instant, programmable settlement while maintaining connectivity to local financial systems. This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to trust, interoperability, and compliance.”

“VelaFi’s integration with the Circle Payments Network helps unlock faster, more transparent cross-border payments across key global corridors,” said Irfan Ganchi, SVP of Product Management, Payments at Circle. “With CPN, VelaFi enables enterprise-grade, near-instant settlement while maintaining local payment connectivity, supporting a new standard for compliant, programmable payments.”

This milestone strengthens VelaFi’s role as a part of a new generation of financial infrastructure providers bridging traditional finance with blockchain-based systems. By integrating CPN, VelaFi contributes to a growing global ecosystem of financial institutions and technology platforms building reliable, compliant, and interoperable digital payment rails.
